Below, as you requested, I listed the MC 5005-compatible connector sets you’ll need to interface below. Most of these connectors are spring-loaded and only one I think requires crimp pins. But even those are easy to do.

Please look over and confirm accuracy. I can bring in sales for quoting once you guys are ok with everything. Oh, what are the quantities? Also future production quantities?

By the way, is this application commercial or defense? Commercial is fine, but defense applications now require magnet licenses due to US governmental restrictions, and this is increasing lead times a bit.

Hi Chris,

Well, we do offer EtherCAT motion control drives, but you need closed loop feedback added to that assembly in order to implement. Even an encoder such as the IE3-1024 L would be sufficient. Especially for EtherCAT which operates over a real time network. Below is a list of compatible encoders, so let me know if there’s any interest!

Which controller do you recommend we buy for 2342S024CR+23/1 134:1+MG14? We don't need to control accel and decel but we need to be able to control speed and ideally the controller will have an Ethercat interface.
