Hiwin Notice

Dear Valued HIWIN Customer,

This email is to inform you that HIWIN is in the process of migrating to a new ERP System. We have been working on this for a long time to plan the data migration, process workflows, operational impacts etc. Our go live date is May 1^st.

For anyone who has been through this before, it is a monumental task. We are fortunate to have some very skilled and experienced people on the team to manage the migration, but we all understand that there is risk of disruption to our business.

Consequently, we wish to forewarn you of this risk and urge you to help us in 2 ways:

Notify us of any existing orders that you can authorize to ship before the end of April
Talk to your Operations team to see if orders need to be placed now for shipment before the end of April.

Finally, we should inform you that all documents that you receive from HIWIN after May 1^st will have a different look and feel. We do not want you to be concerned that they are malicious. Nearer the time we will share examples of these documents including Quotes, Order Confirmations and Invoices.

As always, HIWIN appreciates your business and hope that this notice helps continue our strong relationship.
