Please complete this request by 2026-07-22 to prevent your invoices from being taxed.

There are three options for completing the required forms-

Option 1:  You can click on this link, https://app.certexpress.com?r=69-4F-vR-xb-LZ-89-nc-Fr,  to create and upload your digital exemption documentations.

Option 2:  You can open attached partially pre-filled certificate(s), if applicable. Once required information is completed, you can upload them to the link provided in the option 1.

Option 3:  If your company falls under any of the below categories then please inform Hiwin Corporation or select the below applicable option for you and submit this document to the link provided in option 1.
