Dear Customers,

On May 16, 2026, SAP Business Network will sunset the Intelligent Invoice Conversion (IIC) capability.

This functionality currently allows suppliers to convert PDF and scanned invoices into structured cXML invoices. After this date, PDF invoice conversion via this capability will no longer be available.

This change impacts suppliers with an Enterprise account using this functionality. Other invoice submission methods remain unaffected:

  • Create invoices online against purchase orders
  • Submit via standard B2B integration
  • Use the CloudConnect partner solution for PDF conversion (onboarding required)
