I kept meaning to follow up with you but the last version of the adapter we sent you a while back had some 3D printed components on it and I think the original 'loaner' wasn't working for you. We finished the machined parts to replace the 3D parts a long time ago and wanted to see how would like to get this addressed? This delay on the follow-up is on me, my engineering team kept reminding me and I kept dropping the ball. Sorry about that.

I kept meaning to follow up with you but the last version of the adapter we sent you a while back had some 3D printed components on it and I think the original 'loaner' wasn't working for you. We finished the machined parts to replace the 3D parts a long time ago and wanted to see how would like to get this addressed? This delay on the follow-up is on me, my engineering team kept reminding me and I kept dropping the ball. Sorry about that.

Ameritas MHC is the parent company, which owns Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. (Ameritas Life). Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of New York (Ameritas Life of NY) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ameritas Life. Members of Ameritas MHC are eligible policyholders of these two life insurance companies. The purpose of the annual meeting is to elect three nominees as directors for a three-year term.
