Chris, I'm sorry, I must have missed the quote request when it was first issued to us.
Robert should have it finished up today. I just got off the phone with him and he mentioned that schunk had a few questions for him....
I apologize for the delay. I think at some point I missed an email in the transition between Steve and I.
I will keep a better eye on your requests moving forward. A month is an unacceptable timeline for a quote. I completely agree. I'm pushing my team to make improvements.
I'll get back to you soon on this!
