Hello all. We have been waiting to get paid on this invoice for a very long time. every time I submit it gets rejected saying duplicate but it is not as all the other attempts were rejected. The purchaser, Johnny Tran, I believe, do not work there anymore. Accounting never response. Does anyone know of another way to get this processed?
I checked the total and I am not invoicing more that the amount due plus tax so there is no reason that I can see on why it should not be approved.

I would rather have us billed for the shipping. I have given out our number before and then things are shipped wrong and I have no control since I gave someone else permission.

I wanted to check if you have a FedEx (or other carrier) shipping account we can use for future orders. Using your account would help streamline freight handling on upcoming shipments.
For context, SMC charges inbound freight from Japan based on item weight. Whether the product ships to our facility first or is dropped directly to you, SMC applies inbound freight charges. We do not mark up these freight costs.
There will be freight charges associated with the remaining parts still in transit, so I wanted to ensure we’re aligned moving forward. If you can provide a shipping account, we can apply it to future shipments. Otherwise, we will continue shipping direct using the account we have on file, which will still include the inbound freight from SMC.

I can't win on this one. We had the top front and back panel at Coating for Black Anodize but then they ended shutting down the office for the snow storm. They got back last week and are working through the backlog and will ship the panels to us on Friday. The panels (inc. the buttons and controls) are installed last and we should be able to ship the machine out next week.
I will also send you a Site Prep Sheet later today just to make sure you have the facilities side in place as well.
