I wouldn't worry about cleaning the carpets. I'm going to replace them. Thank you for checking though.

Monday afternoon will work. The last few items are scheduled to move the morning of the 31st.

Thank you so much for being able to come out and meet!  I was able to finally get the pain color perfected so I will send you the details on that for the property records. 

 

2 quick questions. 

 

Were you able to confirm the property condition when we moved in? Chris does have some photos showing the property that had been abondoned. We are scheduled to have the carpets professionally cleaned and are hoping we wont be required to replace.  

 

Are you available July 31 in the afternoon for the final walk through as well?

Unfortunately, no I don’t. I think the tenant did the build out and not the landlord. If you take a small piece of the paint to Home Depot, they will color match it for you.
