Hi Robby,

We're wrapping up our annual workers compensation premium audit with The Hartford, and they require certificates of insurance for every vendor we used during the policy period. HarshCo is on that list for waterjet cutting performed over the past year.

Could you have your agent send a Certificate of Insurance showing your workers compensation coverage in effect between 05/17/2025 and 05/17/2026? If your policy renewed somewhere in that span, we'd need a certificate for each term so the whole period is covered.

Please list the certificate holder as:

Your agent can normally issue this same day at no cost to you. The audit portal won't let us submit without it, so if you can turn it around this week it would help us a lot.
