The address on the sales order Chris sent for the MicroMechanics parts shows:

6922 Via Northgate

Mesa, AZ 85212
If our P.O. has the Queen Creek address would that cause any kind of problem for you? To change your address in our system will take a while and requires a lot of paperwork, almost like adding a new vendor. I wouldn’t want that to hold up getting the P.O. to you so you can invoice for the open order. Please advise.

No- it is okay to have the old address. As long as the shipping address is our new one it doesn't need to be an immediate change.
Please don't let that delay the PO being issued to us. It can be done whenever it is convenient for you, even if you need to just add our new address as a second location to avoid the "new vendor" process.

We have another order we would like to place with Micro-Mechanics through you. I’ve attached a quote from them for the items. We also have drawings for the parts if you need them. As before we will need a quote from you to create a P.O…pricing should be enough to cover your profit plus any fees, customs charges etc., basically any costs you need to recover plus markups. Invoices up to the full P.O. amount but not over will be paid so if you need to estimate anything better to be on the high side. Shipping charges should be to our FedEx account.
