Thanks for the quote, I’ve requested a P.O. so you should receive that soon. Please submit your invoice for payment as soon as you receive it to reduce any delays in payment from us.

Thanks also for being willing to supply us with hardware we need from Micro-Mechanics. Going forward you’ll notice a few different people here requesting quotes and placing orders directly with you. I’ve explained to my managers you will be helping us in this manner, and they understand you will need to maintain a profit level on these transactions that make it a viable effort for you.
