Yes, we are still reviewing this request. This is a DL-4 which is end of life but we are trying to determine what we can still support based on commonalities between the DL-4 and the DL-5. I will have an answer for you Monday. Apologies for the delay.

Our serial number is 7D01F125. Model DL-4. We would like it to have a complete service/PM. Anything you can provide.
We have been having issues where, for rectangular packages, one wall is always cut lower than the rest. Causing uneven sides. Also, the base plate seems to have some where as well as the backstop.
