Hey Lorena,

Just following up again on below for the (25) pcs we would like to ship out to you today/tomorrow.

Previously you had sent us a shipping label to ship against, and I believed we shipped it to another address then the one on the original PO.

If you can help to advise if you will be sending a shipping label over or if we are okay to use your fedex account number and ship to below address:

Apologies on the late response, we shipped out (25) units on Monday under TR# 872864648314 with the shipping label you provided, this looks to have been delivered yesterday.

As for the remaining balance we pushed these out on our end.

Yes that is how the conversation was but there have been many set backs. When we placed the order in January we were given a 6 week lead time. its now been 6 months. So I would kindly request the 25 per quarter be based on when you’re able to deliver the first batch.  Right now we cannot move forward to secure full production until he first 25 have shipped and we can start the next phases in the build process.

Hey Lorena,

Looking further into the original request/agreement, it was advised you would take (25) pcs per quarter.

We can ship the (25) units out on Monday, but since this PO was issued in January ideally all (50) units would need to be shipping in June (25 units per quarter).

As for the remaining (50) units we will split (25) to ship in September and (25) to ship in December for now (25/quarter). We are flexible on these and can update the dates if needed to but these will all need to be shipped by end of year.

I dont have a date at this time.  We need to ensure we can complete these 25 and have correct processes in play first. 

We will complete within the required time frame though. 

When can the 25 ship so we can get these moving?

We are currently only capable of handling 25 pieces, as this was the quantity that was approved and agreed upon. 

There are additional tasks that require attention on these pieces and materials, and the work assignments all correspond with the 25 pieces. 

We just arent prepared to take more at this time.

The order is for 100 to ship within a year. The first shipment is only supposed to be 25 pieces.
