Is this regarding the SMC parts specifically?

On our end, if it is coming out of our facility, we can ship complete, however we don't have full control over how SMC releases their orders. When they drop ship, they tend to ship each item as soon as it is packaged and ready, whether that's from Indiana or Japan, rather than holding everything until the full order is complete. This is what's driving the multiple shipments and separate freight charges.

I can reach out to SMC and request a ship complete hold on their end, but the tradeoff is it could impact your lead time if they wait until everything is ready before releasing the order. Let me know if you'd like me to try this
