Hello,

I have purchased 8 belts via Besi webshop/workday. They are under REQ69364. We are okay to perform the installation ourselves and are expecting a 2 week lead time for the arrival of the belts. We can move ahead with the shipment of the transport systems please.

Here are the part numbers. You need to order the highlighted part number below. Each buffer line uses two of these parts. Since you purchased both an input and an output buffer from us you will need a minimum of 4. I recommend ordering extras to keep as spares.

We are having issues with our Besi as a reseller for spare parts since we do not do a high enough volume.  Would you be able to purchase the belts and we can offer a $200 discount of the bill. Let me know if this is an acceptable work around for your team.
