Oh I got it. At least 3 hours are needed for the pickup window and I can put it for today at any time you like but I'm not sure if the carrier will make it happen or push it to tomorrow. I've always had LTL shipments picked up before 18:00. On a few occasions, some carriers picked up around 19:00. This all depends on the available number of trucks and deliveries in the area.
If it's going to be late then I'd suggest moving this to tomorrow and there will be no charges unless we make this change in time before the truck shows up.

How many hours are needed for the pickup window and how late are we allowed to schedule? Any additional fees for pushing it later in the day?

Hi Lorena,
All of our shipments are automatically insured up to $100K. As for the call ahead at the pickup, I've checked, and the carrier is charging $25 bucks for it, which brings the total to $457.33. Moreover, I'm going to be in the office till 05:00 PM (CST) and I can schedule it for tomorrow before I leave.
Also, one more thing before we go ahead with this shipment. There's no need for a liftgate, at pick up or delivery, right?
