Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns, I’m sorry for any frustration this situation has caused.

I’d like to clarify that the charges in question were processed in line with the signed agreement as attached, which includes a 12-month commitment. In addition, the card details were entered directly into our system at the start of the engagement, which enabled automatic billing against that card in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

We’d be very happy to talk this through with you and make sure everything is fully clear, and I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you once again.

    Hi Lorena,

    Unfortunately the quote you signed is legally binding and thus a refund cannot be processed, by adding your card to our system and signing the quoting you gave us authorisation to charge that card.

    Unfortunately, automatic billing was not approved or requested. Your system also has locked the credit card in place so it cannot be edited. If automatic billing had been approved I would not have had to go in and manually process the payment nor would you be going in this long afterwards and charging invoices out of sequence.

    Again, a refund on this card will need to be processed by April  10 2026 or a fraud claim will be placed and reported to American Express.
