Yes i usually do this so we know when someone is coming. Never been charged. Told as long as its during business hours there isnt a charge.

Quick back story

The bill isn’t matching the quote, then they move some lines around charges we have never had before and followed the same procedure I have been told to do. No one came back and said there were any problem with the quote and what I ordered.

 

I was told there were extra charges for anything off business hours. I usually request to call before coming so we can be ready and ive never been charged.
