Not normal – we both worked hard to find a unit that was in stock and get it held for you.
It took longer than normal to get from our CSR /order entry to our purchasing to place the order to/with Epson – again not normal.
You should have the acknowledgement

Steve,
I am trying to understand what's going on with this order. We specifically adjusted our part number for this robot so we could order the one that's in stock in CA. It's been over 2 weeks and we don't have a confirmation, delivery date or any other meaningful update. It's not a good position for me to be in to have to explain to our customer why the project is slipping and I don't have any answers for them.
