To proceed with your purchase order, please amend your PO to include the statement "Tariff Surcharge Acknowledged" and return it to us. This is necessary due to a 10% tariff surcharge that will be effective from June 9, 2025, on all new product orders and existing orders with a confirmed ship date on or after July 1, 2025. This surcharge, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, addresses increased costs from recent U.S. tariff changes and will be itemized on all invoices, order acknowledgments, and new quotations.
Please note that this surcharge applies to all orders with delivery locations within the United States. We understand the impact of trade policy changes on your business and are committed to minimizing these effects. We will continue to monitor tariff-related policies and adjust pricing as needed.
