Re: Turnpack, LLC Order (Ref PO26331879) — confirm robot part number before shipment
Hi Chris,
The differences in the two are shown below. Someone will get back to you to clarify your three questions about the various POs and lead time.
…EBTS8:
E= ESD version robot
B = Cables coming out the bottom
T = Table top mount
S = Straight arm
8 = RC800A controller
…SSTS8:
S = Standard version robot
S = Cables coming out the back
T = (same as above)
S = (same as above)
8 = (same as above)
Thanks,

Zack,
Quick one before this gets further down the line.
Our PO26331879 specifies RGX4-C351EBTS8 — the same robot we ordered on PO26291844. Your quote 1347114, which both POs were priced against, calls out RGX4-C351SSTS8. We didn't catch that the quote named a different part number than what we were ordering, so the PO went out against it as-is.
EBTS8 is what we need. These two ACF bonders are sister builds and we already have an EBTS8 on the shelf here.
Three things before anything ships:
1. Confirm what you are actually processing against PO26331879, and what acknowledgement 1348991 shows. If your system picked up the part number from the quote rather than from our PO, it needs correcting to EBTS8.
2. Confirm what shipped against PO26291844. I'd like to know that one matches too.
3. If the pricing on 1347114 was built around SSTS8, tell me whether EBTS8 moves the number. I would rather square that now than find it on the invoice.
While you're in there, can you also confirm in writing what the two suffixes actually resolve to — arm shape, installation environment, and mounting type. Epson's GX4C spec sheet shows the 350 mm is the only reach offering a curved arm, and that the cleanroom build drops Joint #3 stroke from 150 mm to 120 mm. That difference matters to our mechanical design and I don't want to be working off my own reading of a part number.
Still need a firm lead time as well. This machine goes to a customer on an early-November delivery and the robot is the long pole in the tent.

Then the previous PO/quote part number was wrong and we have the wrong part number on the PO but Zack's quote is correct. @Lorena Carrillo can you change the part number on the product and then resend the PO to Heitek?
