We have a discrepancy with the commercial invoice for attached quote

 

First line was quoted 10 pcs at 119.99 usd each but your commercial invoice says 67.50 each piece. Please confirm real cost and adjust your commercial invoice if necessary to match the PO.

 

Also please confirm if we are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of 77.48 USD

The shipper declared qty: 10 at $ 67.5 = $ 675.00 USD

PO says 10*119.99= $ 1199.90 USD

Which one is correct?
