Initially most staff was out at a convention so it was hard to get ahold of someone. Then the manager takes a few days to respond. Standard lead time is 2-3 weeks so I asked if there was a way to expedite.
They did confirm if we ship air then it can be expedited. We also don’t have an account with them so needed to set one up. That is now complete.
Payment has been made and they have the fedex overnight label to ship the scope. So hoping it will ship today or tomorrow. There are more pieces that George has that need to go with it so needed to figure out what that was and get him a packing slip and shipping label. That is complete now as well.
Nothing else needed on our end just waiting for items to ship.

Hello Brian, the bracket for the microscope is in fact fabricated and in-stock, so that’s is great news! Right now I am working with the microscope team to see what we can do to expedite the process. You will most likely be receiving two shipments. One for the bracket and hardware and one for the scope components.
As soon as I have confirmation on a ship date I will reach out and let you know.

The tool is of no use with-out the microscope. This is not the first time I have purchased a Midas HGRS-V and they have always included the microscope. If it was/is a separate line item then it should have been included in the quote. The image of the HGRS-V shown on Quotation # SO2508862 used to generate the purchase requisition of this unit shows an included microscope.
Please bring a Microscope and mounting arm with you.

I can't win on this one. We had the top front and back panel at Coating for Black Anodize but then they ended shutting down the office for the snow storm. They got back last week and are working through the backlog and will ship the panels to us on Friday. The panels (inc. the buttons and controls) are installed last and we should be able to ship the machine out next week.
I will also send you a Site Prep Sheet later today just to make sure you have the facilities side in place as well.
