Hello,

The vendor profile for your company is currently showing as Fully Expired.

Please complete the following actions to reactivate the TPM Profile Recertification and 2-Factor Authentication.

TPM Profile Recertification:

1) Fully complete the TPM Recertification following the steps on the following link: https://www.myexostar.com/knowledge-base/tpm-cyber-security/  

2) Once the TPM Recertification steps have been completed click Submit Certifications and Representations.

3) Click Save and then Next.

4) Continue to review each page. Update any necessary information and click Next (NOT Save) until you see a large blue link highlighted in yellow near the top of the screen stating Complete Profile Certification Now.

5) Click ***Complete Profile Certification Now***.

6) You will receive a confirmation page that the recertification is complete. The Organization Summary page will now show the profile status as Active.


2-Factor Authentication:

Current and prospective contacts assigned as an “Org. Admin” working with purchase orders on the system are required to be authenticated and will need to purchase an L3 (With Proofing) Phone OTP Partner or a P2P or Purchase Domestic/International Phone Based OTP - 1 Year (Non-US Phone Service Only) with Proofing . The purchase fee covers the service Exostar has with Experian for the validation of company’s information. Please use the following link to complete the authentication process.

After you complete the two actions above, please reply-all and confirm your profile renewal.

Please note that all LM potential Purchase Orders or RFQ’s will be held pending until the registration Process is completed and profile is active in our systems.

    We currently have no active pending POs for LMCO. I have gone in several times to keep the account live and followed the instructions. There is nothing for me to do though since nothing is pending right now.

     

    Can we just leave the account as is and set up if/when we have a need?
