  We have received a further update regarding the supply chain issues for the Midas D5L6 De-Lidder (Ref SO2524915). Unfortunately, we are facing an additional six-week delay due to a custom component. Because this part is highly specialized, it cannot be sourced from an alternative vendor or replaced with a different component in a shorter timeframe.

  
  

  We understand that you desperately need this equipment to meet your own customer commitments. To help bridge this gap, I am currently putting together a loaner system that we hope to ship by the end of this week. This should allow you to maintain operations while we finalize your specific machine.

  We are currently addressing a supply chain issue related to the cutter motor on the D5L6 De-Lidder. Normally we keep these motors in stock, however an unusually high volume of machine orders recently depleted our inventory.

  We are actively working with the supplier to secure the next delivery and determine the exact timing. At the moment we are still targeting the March 15th delivery date, but we are waiting on final confirmation from the supplier.

  I expect to have a firm update for you by this Friday and will send it as soon as I receive confirmation.

  We are currently addressing a supply chain issue related to the cutter motor on the D5L6 De-Lidder. Normally we keep these motors in stock, however an unusually high volume of machine orders recently depleted our inventory.

  We are actively working with the supplier to secure the next delivery and determine the exact timing. At the moment we are still targeting the March 15th delivery date, but we are waiting on final confirmation from the supplier.

  I expect to have a firm update for you by this Friday and will send it as soon as I receive confirmation.

  I understand what they would like to do but we need some more information and have our questions answered below to know what to quote. There is no such thing as a single list of parts that one buys to recondition a machine, it always depends on which parts are damaged and the same applies to setup/calibration. If you can have them reach out to us directly we can work with them to get all of the details.
