Please accept my sincere apologies for the delayed response and the ongoing frustration this has caused your team.
We have received a further update regarding the supply chain issues for the Midas D5L6 De-Lidder (Ref SO2524915). Unfortunately, we are facing an additional six-week delay due to a custom component. Because this part is highly specialized, it cannot be sourced from an alternative vendor or replaced with a different component in a shorter timeframe.
We understand that you desperately need this equipment to meet your own customer commitments. To help bridge this gap, I am currently putting together a loaner system that we hope to ship by the end of this week. This should allow you to maintain operations while we finalize your specific machine.
I will provide a firm confirmation regarding the loaner shipment and a revised ETA for your unit as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience.

We are currently addressing a supply chain issue related to the cutter motor on the D5L6 De-Lidder. Normally we keep these motors in stock, however an unusually high volume of machine orders recently depleted our inventory.
We are actively working with the supplier to secure the next delivery and determine the exact timing. At the moment we are still targeting the March 15th delivery date, but we are waiting on final confirmation from the supplier.
I expect to have a firm update for you by this Friday and will send it as soon as I receive confirmation.

This message is intended for ACE AESDirect filers ONLY. If you are not an ACE AESDirect filer, you are not affected by this outage.
The outage is effective immediately.
ACE AESDirect filers may submit shipments under the AES Downtime Policy. Please note, licensable shipments cannot be exported under the AES Downtime Policy and must be held until the connection is restored and an Internal Transaction Number (ITN) is received. Once connection is brought back on-line after the outage, all shipments that were exported under the AES Downtime Policy must be filed along with any new AES transactions.
If you use the AES Downtime Policy for export, please contact the port from which you will be exporting. In lieu of the AES Proof of Filing citation, please use the AES Downtime citation, which consists of the phrase AESDOWN, your individual company's Filer ID, followed by the date.
