Special services such as - flat bed delivery, lift gate, inside delivery, custom packaging, etc. must be arranged prior to shipment as additional charges may apply. We would like to remind you about an important upcoming change to the instance of Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, currently hosted on the SAP BTP Neo environment. In line with SAP’s strategic direction and to ensure continued access to the latest features, improved performance, and greater security, we will be migrating the instance in the North America data center from SAP BTP Neo to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.
Note: if you do not have Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, you can ignore this communication.
This migration is scheduled for 22 August 2026.
What action is required?
- Review the technical details and timing of the changes on this page, and take any necessary actions based on your current usage.
