High-Level Project Schedule (Subject to Material Lead Times)

Requirements Confirmation & BOM Validation:
Final confirmation of scope, verification and cleanup of the existing BOM, and release for purchasing. -
Purchasing & Machining:
Procurement of all purchased components and machining/fabrication of custom parts. Long-lead items will be tracked closely. -
Build & Wiring:
Mechanical assembly of the machine and control panel build and wiring. -
Integration & Testing:
Power-up, functional verification, and process testing. -
Documentation, Crating & Delivery:
Final documentation package, crating, and shipment preparation.
Target Ship Date: March 15, 2026
We will communicate proactively if any supplier lead times impact this date. Otherwise, execution will proceed to support shipment on the target date above.

I can't win on this one. We had the top front and back panel at Coating for Black Anodize but then they ended shutting down the office for the snow storm. They got back last week and are working through the backlog and will ship the panels to us on Friday. The panels (inc. the buttons and controls) are installed last and we should be able to ship the machine out next week.
I will also send you a Site Prep Sheet later today just to make sure you have the facilities side in place as well.

The lead time listed on the invoice and sales order is 4-5 weeks, which would put us at January 17 as an estimated ship date.
The ship label cannot be created that far in advance which is why the one form has todays date.
