I sincerely thank you for your patience. Due to some unforseen circumstances with material shortages we are now at an estimated ship date of mid-march.

I understand what they would like to do but we need some more information and have our questions answered below to know what to quote. There is no such thing as a single list of parts that one buys to recondition a machine, it always depends on which parts are damaged and the same applies to setup/calibration. If you can have them reach out to us directly we can work with them to get all of the details.

For the quote I just wanted to confirm on the locking screws you are referring to the brass hold down screws in the picture below?

I understand what they would like to do but we need some more information and have our questions answered below to know what to quote. There is no such thing as a single list of parts that one buys to recondition a machine, it always depends on which parts are damaged and the same applies to setup/calibration. If you can have them reach out to us directly we can work with them to get all of the details.

Sorry for the late reply. It's difficult to say what calibration and or alignment procedures should be done. Did the customer mention any specific issues they are having with the system?
For the quote I just wanted to confirm on the locking screws you are referring to the brass hold down screws in the picture below?
Other parts they may want to order are:

- Cutters
- Push Buttons (if the LEDs are not working)
- You provided this picture below. Is there a known issue with this part and from which serial number is this picture?

We would like to remind you about an important upcoming change to the instance of Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, currently hosted on the SAP BTP Neo environment. In line with SAP’s strategic direction and to ensure continued access to the latest features, improved performance, and greater security, we will be migrating the instance in the North America data center from SAP BTP Neo to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.
This migration is presently scheduled for 11 April 2026.
