We would like to inform you about an important upcoming change to the instance of Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, currently hosted on the SAP BTP Neo environment. In line with SAP’s strategic direction and to ensure continued access to the latest features, improved performance, and greater security, we will be migrating the instance in the North America data center from SAP BTP Neo to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.
This migration is presently scheduled for 11 April 2026.
What action is required?
- Review the technical details and timing of the changes on this page, and take any necessary actions based on your current usage.
What happens if we fail to make these changes by 11 April 2026?
- Your transactions will fail to be sent to SAP by your ERP.
