Subject: Doing Business in Southern Nevada
Greetings!
I hope you’re doing well. My name is Nicole Moffitt, and I am on the Business Development team for Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), Southern Nevada’s regional economic development organization.
We work closely with companies that are evaluating expansion, relocation, or partnership opportunities, and we help streamline that process from initial research through successful market entry. I wanted to reach out and introduce myself as a resource.
Southern Nevada has been experiencing strong momentum across technology, advanced manufacturing, logistics, sports & entertainment, and corporate operations. Companies choose the region for our:
- Competitive cost structure (no state corporate income tax)
- Strategic access to West Coast and Mountain West markets
- Skilled and growing workforce
- Business-friendly environment and responsive local leadership
- Strong quality of life and talent attraction advantages
If you’re open to it, I’d welcome a brief conversation to learn more about your current initiatives and share how we support companies exploring the region — including tailored market and labor data, site selection options, incentives guidance, and introductions to key government and private sector partners.
Would you be available for a quick call sometime this week or next? I’m happy to work around your schedule.
Looking forward to connecting!
