On behalf of the Vendor Master Data Team of Henkel, we would like to remind you of our Successor Account Creation process for suppliers undergoing legal entity changes.

What are your next steps?

If your company has undergone or will undergo a legal entity change, please review the following:

• If your company's Tax Identification Number (TIN/VAT/Tax Number) has changed, a new successor supplier account must be created in the Henkel system. 
• If your company's Tax Identification Number remains unchanged, there is no need to create a new supplier account. Instead, the existing supplier account can be updated with the applicable changes (e.g., company name, address, or other master data).
  
  

If a successor account is required, please access the Henkel Supplier Portal and submit a Successor Vendor Creation ticket by selecting the “Enquiries-> Master Data Update: VAT. option, ensuring that you attach the following supporting documents (not older than 6 months) when creating the ticket:

• Announcement Letter regarding the changes in your company information, including the new Tax Identification Number.
• If the Announcement Letter does not include the new tax information, please additionally provide one of the following documents (PDF format, issued within the last 6 months):
• Company letterhead confirming the change, dated and signed or sealed/stamped.
• Latest Tax/VAT document.
