Billing Schedule Update
|
|
Beginning September 1, 2026, your monthly rent of $101.39, including taxes and insurance, where applicable, will be due on the first day of each month. If your rent is not already due on the 1st, your September 1, 2026 rent charge will be prorated for this change.

We will provide thirty (30) days' notice prior to making changes to the terms of your rental agreement, including rent.

Late Fee of $17.40 if rent is not paid by Day 6.

Lien Fee of $49.00 if rent is not paid by Day 31.

Lien Sale Fee of $130.00 at time of auction sale.

Dishonored Check Charge: $25.00

Combination Lock Deposit: $50.00 if used during lien enforcement

Cleaning: $100.00 or vendor's actual cost if Unit is not left in broom-swept condition

Damage: Actual cost; minimum $75.00

Disposal of abandoned goods: $75.00-$500.00 or vendor's actual cost
