    I did some digging.  It appears this PO was for a project from 2023, and the project was closed last year.  I will need to see if we can re-open this so the invoice can be paid.  If we cannot re-open it, I will need to submit a request to pay the final invoice without the PO.  I will provide updates when I have information.

  I am trying to understand what's going on with this order. We specifically adjusted our part number for this robot so we could order the one that's in stock in CA. It's been over 2 weeks and we don't have a confirmation, delivery date or any other meaningful update. It's not a good position for me to be in to have to explain to our customer why the project is slipping and I don't have any answers for them.
