I just caculate with tungsten carbide products normal shipping way Air + Local shipping to USA for you. which ship directly to your door and can avoid the high tarrif in US customs.
If DHL or Fedex etc. high tarrif will be applied.
Just to mention: the shipping has minimum weight of 12kg to start with, for 100pcs of your carbide rods is 6kg. So the same shipping cost can delivery 200pcs carbide rods if you want.
You can see the lead time and bank info in the PI. We need your detail address with post code/ phone/ contact person for shipping. Pls kindly give us feedback to move on.

Yes, the blank is purely just stock material as we have manufacturers who have used the material to create cutters. I know your company is capable of this but due to the minimum and outdated information provided on the cutter tool, we prefer sending stock material to our manufacturers as they have cut tools for us in the past.

Yes, the blank is purely just stock material as we have manufacturers who have used the material to create cutters. I know your company is capable of this but due to the minimum and outdated information provided on the cutter tool, we prefer sending stock material to our manufacturers as they have cut tools for us in the past.

We would need around 130 tooling bits, but we would like to see if there is a price difference based on the order quantity.
The material the cutter works with is Kovar and Nickel Cobalt. We used a 10% cobalt carbide grade when ordered.

If DHL or Fedex etc. high tarrif will be applied.
Just to mention: the shipping has minimum weight of 12kg to start with, for 100pcs of your carbide rods is 6kg. So the same shipping cost can delivery 200pcs carbide rods if you want.

I just caculate with tungsten carbide products normal shipping way Air + Local shipping to USA for you. which ship directly to your door and can avoid the high tarrif in US customs.
If DHL or Fedex etc. high tarrif will be applied.
Just to mention: the shipping has minimum weight of 12kg to start with, for 100pcs of your carbide rods is 6kg. So the same shipping cost can delivery 200pcs carbide rods if you want.
You can see the lead time and bank info in the PI. We need your detail address with post code/ phone/ contact person for shipping. Pls kindly give us feedback to move on.

Yes, the blank is purely just stock material as we have manufacturers who have used the material to create cutters. I know your company is capable of this but due to the minimum and outdated information provided on the cutter tool, we prefer sending stock material to our manufacturers as they have cut tools for us in the past.

We would need around 130 tooling bits, but we would like to see if there is a price difference based on the order quantity.
The material the cutter works with is Kovar and Nickel Cobalt. We used a 10% cobalt carbide grade when ordered.
