Someone from your team visited our site recently, so let me make this easy: let’s chat for 15 minutes on Monday and I'll tell you exactly where companies like yours are exposed. Here's what we'd cover:

Update:
For PO26261823 we got a first estimated ship date back for 8/20.
We pushed back and asked to pull this into earlier August if possible.
The part number change/finalization delayed the final production order entry to earlier this week, which is why we see the initial 8/20 date (5 weeks).
Let’s see if we can pull this in 1-2 weeks.

Yesterday, we were able to look more closely at the 24" x 36" [FactoryRobot] machine and found one small change we'd like to make. When you get a chance, please update the quote to include the following changes (including those needed for the appropriate motor mounting). Since this is just for the actuators, can you ensure they will work with our current Omron motors? The CAD I currently have for the actuators lacks the appropriate mounting. I've included the Omron motor drawing below for reference.

Yeah sure we discussed potentially having a traveler on X so was looking at the clearance. With traveler we don’t need the GTH12 since we are splitting the load. The Gth8 Carriage is 160mm (sorry mentioned 120mm that was incorrect) and Z is roughly 55mm wide. We can add an undriven GTH5 traveler (very smooth) traveler or profile so there is no interfere with Y and Z axis on the traveler side.
Rough concept shows profile rail but we use our actuators as travelers as well.

Someone from your company visited our site recently, and companies like yours usually come looking for one of three reasons, so I'll skip the pitch and get to it:

For PO26261823 we got a first estimated ship date back for 8/20.
We pushed back and asked to pull this into earlier August if possible.
The part number change/finalization delayed the final production order entry to earlier this week, which is why we see the initial 8/20 date (5 weeks).
Let’s see if we can pull this in 1-2 weeks.

Yesterday, we were able to look more closely at the 24" x 36" [FactoryRobot] machine and found one small change we'd like to make. When you get a chance, please update the quote to include the following changes (including those needed for the appropriate motor mounting). Since this is just for the actuators, can you ensure they will work with our current Omron motors? The CAD I currently have for the actuators lacks the appropriate mounting. Yeah sure we discussed potentially having a traveler on X so was looking at the clearance. With traveler we don’t need the GTH12 since we are splitting the load. The Gth8 Carriage is 160mm (sorry mentioned 120mm that was incorrect) and Z is roughly 55mm wide. We can add an undriven GTH5 traveler (very smooth) traveler or profile so there is no interfere with Y and Z axis on the traveler side.
Rough concept shows profile rail but we use our actuators as travelers as well.

Thanks Sacha. Looking at the model and your email you are proposing a T-style gantry which we would prefer for clearance reasons but can you briefly explain what you mean by this bullet point?
- GTH8 with motor wrap and 600mm travel is 35” long. Carriage is 120mm and the Width 80mm so traveler or X’ would fit nicely below.

24” axis:
- GTH8 with motor wrap and 300mm travel is 23.26” long.
6” Z axis:
- GTH5 with motor wrap and 150mm travel is 14.25” long. With motor wrap we need to consider 60mm motor mount. I am sure they have made one but need to check. The stage is 52mm wide model shows a 100w motor
