If you guys can do the cuts and bends for the cover, that would be great !
I'll get with Lorena about getting those both shipped to you.

Hey Ivan,
On the bent plate, you could blast the part you have and have the welds ground down flat, if you need a new one we can cut and bend it though- on the cabinet, we can put rivets in it, just send me the info on the rivets and the part, we can just stick them in it.

Hi Robby,
My name's Ivan and I am with Turnpack. I wanted to contact you regarding a plate that requires rework or remaking, if necessary.
The Hot Gas Machine Baseplate cover bent during shipping as pictured in the first two images below. The welds on the interior of the same cover protrude too much, interfering with the baseplate's flush fit against the cover.
We are curious about what it will take to get the cover redone so that the plate sits flat, no bends are present, and the welds are smaller. If the welds are an issue, we can find another company to complete them as requested, the bends alone would be sufficient for us.
Additionally, the cabinet assembly was supposed to have these two pieces riveted together. Is there any way we can get that done and squared away as well?
Please let me know if you have any questions, need clarification, or require supporting information or documents.
Thanks for your time,
Ivan Arevalo

Sorry about the late response, I've been out in the shop helping today- should be able to turn these around within 2 weeks, lets do $175 for the one we have to cut/bend and $75 for the riveting!

Sounds good; someone is heading over right now to drop off the cover and the cabinet. They'll also pick up anything we haven't when they get there.
Thanks for everything!
