The address on the sales order Chris sent for the MicroMechanics parts shows:

If our P.O. has the Queen Creek address would that cause any kind of problem for you? To change your address in our system will take a while and requires a lot of paperwork, almost like adding a new vendor. I wouldn’t want that to hold up getting the P.O. to you so you can invoice for the open order. Please advise.

No- it is okay to have the old address. As long as the shipping address is our new one it doesn't need to be an immediate change.
Please don't let that delay the PO being issued to us. It can be done whenever it is convenient for you, even if you need to just add our new address as a second location to avoid the "new vendor" process.
