Hello Lorena,

To place online orders without tax, we will need to have your certificate on file.  Please email  SalesTaxGrainger@grainger.com  and include account number in the subject line. You may also bring the certificate to your local branch.

Once the certificate is on file, your online account will give you the option to choose taxable or tax exempt within 48 hours.

The taxable column will indicate ""yes"" with a checkmark.  Each time you order, you are given the option to uncheck that field for the entire order, or for individual items.
