I understand what they would like to do but we need some more information and have our questions answered below to know what to quote. There is no such thing as a single list of parts that one buys to recondition a machine, it always depends on which parts are damaged and the same applies to setup/calibration. If you can have them reach out to us directly we can work with them to get all of the details.

Sorry for the late reply. It's difficult to say what calibration and or alignment procedures should be done. Did the customer mention any specific issues they are having with the system?

 

For the quote I just wanted to confirm on the locking screws you are referring to the brass hold down screws in the picture below?

4. You provided this picture below. Is there a known issue with this part and from which serial number is this picture?
