| Dear Valued Customer, |
| We recently reached out to let you know about upcoming changes to your QuickBooks Online Bank Feed. As we shared, we’ve made significant improvements to the new experience based on feedback from small businesses like you to make your daily work more efficient. |
| To ensure you benefit from these time-saving tools, we will begin automatically updating your default view to the new Bank Feed starting April 16, with all accounts updated by May 8, 2026. |
We’ve extended our transition timeline: We know it takes time to get comfortable with a new layout. That is why we are keeping the "Switch to previous version" option available for a limited time. You can adopt the new experience at the pace that works best for your business, knowing you have the flexibility to toggle back for several more months. We will provide advance notice before this option is removed.

| In the new bank feed, you’ll enjoy a more streamlined workflow: |
| • |
Edit with fewer clicks: You can now make inline edits to categories and add attachments directly in the row without opening the full transaction. |
|
| • |
Transparency: A new suggestion icon explains why a category was chosen—whether it was based on your history or how similar businesses categorize this type of transaction—so you aren't left guessing. |
|
| • |
A snappier experience: QuickBooks helps move as fast as you do, so you aren’t waiting for clicks to respond or the page to load. |
