SAP Business Network Administrators have the ability to be notified when an ASN fails!

Use the following steps to ensure you are receiving notifications when an ASN fails. You will begin by accessing your SAP Business Network account as the SAP Business Network Administrator.

1. In the top right corner of your SAP Business Network, select your initials
2. Select Settings
3. Select Notification
4. Select the Network tab
5. Scroll to the Ship Notice section near the bottom of this page
6. Check the “Send a notification when ship notices are undeliverable”
7. You can add up to 3 email addresses, separated by a comma
8. Select Save at the bottom right corner of the page

Once this is complete, you will be successfully registered to receive an email notification if an ASN fails.
