Assign the Payer role to users who manage invoices and payments.

Grant Payment Portal access

Administrators must assign the Payer role before users can access the DigiKey Payment Portal.

Sign in
|
|
Log in to your myDigiKey account
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Open User Management
|
|
Navigate to Account and Settings > User Management
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Grant access
|
|
Existing user: Select Edit and assign the Payer role.
New user: Select Add User, enter the user information, select Payer, and send the invitation.

Important: Need access yourself?
|
|
Administrators do not automatically receive Payment Portal access. Assign the Payer role to your own profile if you also manage invoices or payments.
