NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

Dear Ameritas Member,

Ameritas Mutual Holding Company will hold its Annual Meeting of Members on May 5, 2026 at 9:00 AM Central Time. 5900 O Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68510 . Ameritas MHC is the parent company, which owns Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. (Ameritas Life). Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of New York (Ameritas Life of NY) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ameritas Life. Members of Ameritas MHC are eligible policyholders of these two life insurance companies. The purpose of the annual meeting is to elect three nominees as directors for a three-year term.
