Hi Christopher,

I recently applied for the Operations & Program Manager position and wanted to reach out directly because the role really caught my attention.

I've spent much of my career running and growing small businesses, and a lot of what you described in the posting felt very familiar to me. In smaller companies, there isn't always another department to hand a problem to. If something is falling behind, a vendor isn't delivering, a process isn't working, or someone isn't clear on what they own, you figure out what needs to happen and make sure it gets done.

That's the kind of environment I've always enjoyed. I like having visibility across the business, keeping a lot of moving pieces organized, solving problems, and creating systems that make things run more efficiently. I'm also very comfortable working independently and being accountable for results without needing a lot of direction.

My background isn't specifically in custom automation or machine building, so I know there would be a learning curve on the technical side. What stood out to me was that your posting was very open about that. I've had to learn new industries throughout my career, and I've found that I genuinely enjoy that process.

I'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you about the position and learn more about Turnpack and where you're looking to take the company as it grows. I think my background could be a strong fit for what you're trying to build.
