Engineering partnership opportunity | Executive Automation
Hello,
I’m Bradyn Turner, Chief Engineer at Executive Automation in Louisville, Kentucky. I’m reaching out to explore collaboration on rotary automation projects and future customer opportunities.
We’re developing EA_RT08, an eight-station rotary automation concept focused on medical device assembly, with insulin patch pump assembly as the initial application. The proposed sequence includes housing loading, contact insertion, drive assembly, PCB placement, cannula mechanism installation, sealing, vision inspection, and unload/sort.
We have preliminary CAD, concept visuals, and a process scope available for review. We’re seeking an engineering or integration partner to evaluate feasibility, refine the architecture, and define a phased path toward detailed design and a prototype.
Our goal is to build a commercial relationship around suitable customer projects, with clear responsibilities and agreed commercial terms. We would welcome a discussion about your team’s capabilities, how you structure early feasibility engagements, and whether this concept fits the applications you serve.
Would you be available for a 15–20 minute introductory call next week? If someone else handles automation partnerships or business development, I’d appreciate an introduction.
I can send a concise project overview first, with detailed technical material shared under a mutually agreed NDA.
Best regards,
Bradyn Turner
