For details about your payment(s), log in to FedEx® Billing Online. Go to the New Search/Download tab and perform a quick search for the Payment Reference number. Once on the Payment Detail page, copy the invoice number. Then, go back to the New Search/Download tab and perform a quick search based on the invoice number. From the Invoice Detail page, you can select the View Invoice History link for more details on your shipment.
