Global Electronic Recycling does not perform the disconnection of equipment from power and/ or water sources. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that all equipment is ready for removal. Equipment that has not been disconnected from power or water sources will NOT be removed by Global Electronic Recycling's staff. I understand that Global Electronic Recycling is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the failure of your company to disconnect equipment from power and/or water as required. I hereby verify that the ownership of the above equipment has been transferred to Global Electronic Recycling, LLC for re-use/recycling and cannot be reclaimed or recalled. Global Electronic Recycling, LLC has communicated that any data contained in this equipment will be wiped in the event of reuse or physically destroyed (shredded) in the event of recycling and that all processes will be performed by Global Electronic Recycling, LLC or an approved downstream.
