• $29.77 each (+13% tariff, invoiced as a separate line item)
• Total effective price: $33.64 each

If this overall length does not meet your requirements, we can explore having the blanks cut to size by a grinding partner here in the U.S. (we do not offer in-house cutting or grinding). Alternatively, we can check with the plant on producing them to your specifications from scratch; however, please keep in mind that either option will likely increase the price.

Eric, I'm viewing your site at the moment and I see you have 8mm blank milling rods but not in the lengths that we need. Is there any way we could get them cut to 63.5mm? If so, how would that change the pricing of a quotation?

Hello ! Our company is seeking carbide blanks to be turned into end mills for precision machining.

We ask for 8mm diameter by 63.5mm length round blank rods that are Grade 2210 (10% cobalt), Grounded, h6 tolerance, and chamfered on one end 45 degrees. These should also be made with virgin material. We plan to order a quantity of 130, but if larger quantities (200, 300, 400) can reduce total cost, we would like to see what options are available, thanks.
