Ivan: It appears to be one piece with (2) bends but the note states sides of lid must be parallel. I just need clarification. Also, Do you need antistatic Acrylic?

Comment or Message Hello, my name is Ivan from Turnpack in AZ. We need to have a lid for a machine were working on made soon as possible. I have attached a pdf of the drawing and I can provide a DXF and STEP file if necessary but the uploader stated these files were not allowed. Anyways, the material will need to be Acrylic clear plastic. Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns, and if we are able to get quoted, how fast the turnaround and delivery time be.
